Gracias por su respuesta, necesitamos que la factura salga a nombre de la empresa con el Nit y datos de la empresa, por favor indíqueme por que medio le envió los datos para actualizarlos.

You can easily update the billing information shown on your invoices. Only takes a second—here’s what to do:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
2. Next, in the menu that opens, click on Settings.
3. Go to the Billing tab in the menu on the left side of the page.
4. Then, in the Billing Information section, click on Edit on its right side.
5. Finally, update your Tax ID, Company Name or Billing Address, and then click on Save.

realice el cambio de datos y luego pague el cambio de plan, pero la factura no me salio con los datos correctos

Could you clarify which data was incorrect in the Invoice? If it was the Billing information, could you double-check that you have provided the correct information in the Billing section, as shown here.
On the other hand, if issue persist, could you take a screenshot of the issue and share to us. If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
