Buen día por favor necesito su ayuda, varios de mis formularios una vez llenados no están enviado el correo al cliente ,
y tampoco llega el correo de notificación. Por ejemplo uno de ellos se llama "Calculadora IMC" aquí si URL: https://form.jotform.com/70864987055874Tambien el formulario llamado "Solicitud de Servicios Digitales Manual" y así son varios los afectados..
No entiendo que esta pasando, estaba haciendo unas modificaciones el un formulario y repentinamente dejo de funcionar correctamente.

Now, coming back to your question, I've cloned your form and tested it, but I was able to receive the Autoresponder Email. Check out my screenshot below:
Note that based on your condition below, the Autoresponder email can only be sent once the Indice de Masa Corporal field has been filled out.
However, can we do a submission test to your actual form to see if we could replicate the issue? We'll delete it after. But we need access to your account. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread and will be helping you out here.
After we hear back from you, we’ll be able to move forward with this.

Ok he deshabilitado los ajustes condicionales de correo para que así puedan enviarse sin ninguna condición especial. Y aun así no salen los correos.
Acabo de seguir sus pasos para darles acceso al soporte y puedan ayudarme con este problema

I tested your form and was able to receive the Autoresponder email. Check out my screenshot below:
However, I've checked our email logs and can confirm that the emails were sent to k**sp*no20@g***l.com. Can you ask him to check his Spam folder? Additionally, I've found that you're using a custom sender address. I suggest removing that and set up a new sender email by setting up SMTP. You can follow the guide I've given here on how to do that.
