No estoy recibiendo el correo electrónico de notificación

    y tampoco llega el correo de notificación. Por ejemplo uno de ellos se llama "Calculadora IMC" aquí si URL: https://form.jotform.com/70864987055874

    Tambien el formulario llamado "Solicitud de Servicios Digitales Manual" y así son varios los afectados..

    No entiendo que esta pasando, estaba haciendo unas modificaciones el un formulario y repentinamente dejo de funcionar correctamente.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your recipient email and found it on the bounce list for the reason below:

    Reason(s) : bounced (host hotmail-com.olc.protection.outlook.com[52.101.194.2] said: 550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain [POOL4-35.FORMRESPONSE.COM] does not pass DMARC verification and has a DMARC policy of reject.     I've gone ahead and removed it on the bounce list. You should be able to receive the Notification email now. To avoid this issue, I suggest contacting your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host. I also suggest  setting up SMTP. Let me walk you through this:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.

    3. Select Settings from the left side window.

    5. Select Custom.

    7. Enter your SMTP details.
    • SMTP Account Username — Unless your hosting provider specifies a unique username, this should be your email address.
    • SMTP Account Password — Enter the password of the given SMTP Account.
    • Host Name — The hostname provided by your hosting provider.
    • Email Address — Your email address.
    • Password —The password for the given email address/username.
    • Security Protocol — Select TLS or SSL.
    • Port — Enter 587 for TSL or 465 for SSL

    8. Click on the Send Test Email button, to test if the SMTP works.
    9. If it works, click on the Save button.
