Now, coming back to your question, I didn’t fully understand the issue, do you mean the submission data does not appear in your Inbox? Mind grabbing a screenshot of what you’re seeing and sending it over? Our guide on How to Post Screenshots to Our Help Center shows you how.
Once we know more about what’s going on, we can figure out the fix.

When I go to the application from the phone and go in and check the inbox, I only see the addresses without the order information, but if I go in To the browser, the data is complete. I will send you a screenshot of the browser and the application.

I cloned and tested the form and was not able to replicate the issue, When I opened the submission Inbox, the data had shown as it should. Check out my screencast below for my results:
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app? If not yet, we suggest you try to uninstall and reinstall your app and try again.
