Update Account Email Address

    HELLO,

    I HAVE BEEN USING JOTFORM IN MY ROLE AS AN ADMIN AT MY SCHOOL DISTRICT. THE ACCOUNT WAS SET UP UNDER MY DISTRICT USER EMAIL ADDRESS. SINCE I'M LEAVING AND TO AVOID HAVING ISSUES WITH PEOPLE TRANSITIONING IN AND OUT OF MY ROLE, WE HAVE DECIDED TO CREATE A NEW EMAIL ADDRESS THAT SEVERAL STAFF MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO . THIS WILL ENSURE THAT IF ONE PERSON IS OUT, ANOTHER CAN STILL SEE THE ORDERS COME THROUGH AND PROCESS THEM. I DON'T HAVE A PASSWORK FOR THIS ACCOUNT SINCE IT WAS SET UP BY MY TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT TO SERVE AS A DELEGRATED ACCOUNT. ARE YOU ABLE TO HELP ME WITH THE FOLLOWING:

    #1: CHANGE MY JOTFORM ACCOUNT EMAIL TO THIS NEW COLLABORATIVE EMAIL ACCOUNT?

    #2: ENSURE THAT THIS NEW EMAIL ADDRESS TIED TO MY TWO ACTIVE FORMS IS SET UP CORRECTLY TO 'SEND A RESPONSE'

    Hi Matilda! To change the email address on your Jotform account to the new collaborative one, you can update it directly from your account settings. This will ensure all notifications and responses are sent to the new email.     Hi Matilda,

    Changing your account email address only takes a minute. Let me show you how: 

    1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image in the top-right corner of the screen.

    2. In the window that opens, click on your name.

    3. On the right side of the page, under the Email section, click on Edit.

    4. Next, enter the new email address you want to use and click on Save

    5. In the Confirmation window that opens, enter the Authentication Code sent to your new email and click on Verify.

    Thank you. That worked, but

    how do I now update the SENDER EMAIL as shown below, when I don't have direct access to the collaborative email account to know it's password. Please note, that I have gone into each of my two forms to update the SENDER email address there, however, how do I change it in the area shown below:


    AVATAR > SETTING > SENDER EMAILS >
