Hi Matilda,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you update your account's email address, the Notification Email of the form will not automatically use the updated email address as the Email Recipient. But you can easily update the email address where the Notification Email goes. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Next, hover your mouse over the Notification Email, and click on Edit.
- Finally, go to the Recipients tab, and in the Recipient Email field, remove the existing email address and add the new one, and click on Save.
