Hi Brian,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily create a second Autoresponder Email in your form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar and select the Emails tab on the left side menu.
- Now, click on the Add Email button and select the Autoresponder Email option in the New Email Menu.
- Then, set up your Email Template and click on the Save button.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Brian,
From what you’ve described and shown in the video, you can select or click on the Autoresponder. As mentioned in my colleague’s shared steps, clicking the Autoresponder Email again will generate a second autoresponder. If this isn’t quite what you’re trying to achieve, could you provide a bit more detail so I can better assist you?

Hi Brian,
You can click the Autoresponder option to create another Autoresponder email for your form. I noticed in your video that you didn’t click the Create a New Autoresponder option, as shown in my colleague's guide. I created a quick screencast guide you can check out here:
