I just downloaded (from MacOS app store) the
Problem started after installing (has never worked.. never been past the "loading"spinner
No error message, just can get past .."loading' spinner
Jotform app version: 3.5 (5)
MacOS version: Sequoia 15.6
Runs on Google Chrome.
The entire reason I am doing this is I when I am attempting to creae a second autoresponder email for a form, I am not given the choice to select the type of email and a -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This issue may occur from how the app interacts with your specific setup, such as your MacOS version, browser, or system permissions. Compatibility bugs or caching issue can sometimes cause the app to get stuck on the loading spinner.
Try uninstalling the current Jotform App and reinstalling it to see if that fix the issue. Also, ensure that both your MacOS and the Jotform App are fully updated. I would also suggest clearing your browser’s cache and cookies to see if it makes any difference.
