Nombre del destinatario aparece como "jotform"

    Hola,


    Busco su ayuda, para identificar porqué aún despues de parametrizar en mis correos y nombres de destinatarios en la cuenta, sigue apareciendo los correos que llegan con el nombre de remitente "Jotform"

    Para aclarar, adjunto imagenes de referencia de la configuración y también de cómo se visualiza en el correo electrónico al momento que llega la notificación.

    About your question, are you referring to this form? If yes, as I have checked, you have set it up properly, and you're also using your sender email. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshots below to see my results:

    Nombre del destinatario aparece como jotform Image 2 Screenshot 41If you just recently updated your notification email sender name, the change will only apply to future submissions. Can you submit a test submission to check?
