How can the work flow be transferred from one jot form to another account? I transferred ther form and the workflow did not go with it.

Trying to get the form on this account. designteam@goodleap.com Admin is Carlos Lozano <clozano@goodleap.com>

Is it also possible to move one jot form submission counts from one account to another to share the monthly submissions?

    Hi jtognetti,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While it's not possible to directly transfer workflow, you can consider cloning the form in your other account. This way, the workflow will also be cloned. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

    3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage

    4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After that, you can transfer the form, and then change the workflow's from cloned form to the transferred form. As for submission, keep in mind that Monthly Submission refer to the number of submission you received in one cycle, usually to a month. Once this cycle pass, the Monthly Submission limit will be reset.

Let us know if you need more help.

It did not clone the workflow though. I imported the form exactly as you advised and the wrokflow is not there.

    Hi Joey,

Try this method instead, let me show you how:

    1. On your My Workspace page, click the downward arrow icon next to it, then select My Workflows.

    2. Once you're on the My Workflows page, hover over the workflow you want to clone. On the far right, across from the workflow name, click More, then select Clone from the dropdown menu.

    3. In the pop-up modal, choose your preferred options and click the Clone Workflow button. That’s it.

    Hi Joey,

Apologies for the confusion in my earlier message. I now understand you're referring to transferring a form from one account to another and expecting the associated approval workflow to carry over with it. Just to clarify, when you transfer a form between Jotform accounts, only the form itself is transferred. Any workflows connected to that form, like approval flows are not automatically moved. These would need to be manually recreated in the destination account.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

To keep things organized and avoid confusion, I have moved and answered your other question on a new thread. You can go ahead and check that out here.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
