I have a form I would like some assistance making sure I set it up with what I'd like to do:

    1. Completion of blanks need to be done by the sender before sending the form for the first signature. I assume the best way for this is to do a prefill?
    2. Once that has been completed and form sent to recipient then the recipient (coach) needs to sign. Can we hide the Athletic Director signature?
    3. After Coach signs, need to send to Athletic Director for signature.
    4. Final document after signatures notifies original sender that it's completed.

Can you let me know the best way to accomplish this?

    Hi nrheg,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can set the fields as required so all the necessary fields will be filled out before it will be sent to the first signature. Here's how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and select all form required fields using CMD + click (on Mac) or CTRL + click (on Windows).
    2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, just click on Require, and you're done.
