You can set up a new Notifcation Email to conditionally send to the original sender if the Coach and Director have already signed the form. Let me show you how to set up a new email notification:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3.  While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.

4. Next, select Notification Email.

5. Now, just click on Save and you're done.

Now, let's set up the condition:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and then select Change Email Recipient. (If you already have a condition set, first click on Add Condition, then select Change Email Recipient.)

3. Set up the condition and click on Save:
