Once that has been completed and form sent to recipient then the recipient (coach) needs to sign. Can we hide the Athletic Director signature?

    Hi nrheg,

After the sender completes the prefill, the form is sent to the coach for signature. To hide the Athletic Director's signature field until the coach has signed, you can use Conditional Logic. Here’s how:

    1. Go to Settings then click on Conditions.
    2. Add a new Show/Hide Field condition.
    3. Set up the condition to hide the Athletic Director signature field until the Coach signature field is filled.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

This is fine, but realistically I'd rather the coach doesn't even see the Athletic Director signature part and just submits and then the Athletic Director signs. (Part 3 of my question.)

    Hi nrheg,

I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

I've been working on it and have it close, but when the AD gets the email and edits submission I would prefer it took him directly to his signature spot instead of page one.

    Hi nrheg,

We're glad to hear you were able to achieve the workflow you wanted. To help you fine-tune it even further, feel free to check out my demo form, which you can clone and customize by updating the email recipients. This guide will walk you through the cloning process if needed.

In the demo, I set it up so that the Athletic Director’s signature field is hidden when the Coach receives the form and only becomes visible once it’s routed to the Athletic Director. This was done using a combination of conditional logic, customized email notifications, and a custom Edit Link. Check out the screencasts below for the results:

The Coach receives a link to the form where the Athletic Director’s section is hidden:
