I have reset the number of users to 12 per session. This has not appeared to update the front end presentation to users. ie the time slot is still greyed out (only 4 people being registered).

Also, when people wand to book a session they also want to view other people who have registered, how to I implement this capability?

Also, how as a manager, book out a session?

    Hi croquet_mbvc,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on how I understand the issue, I believe you are talking about the availability of some time slots in your form's Appointment field. When I checked it, I can see that there are time slots already greyed out, which made them unavailable to be selected. The only possible reason for this is because of the change you made on the number of availability, these time slots are selectable.

With this, I suggest adding a new Appointment field of the same type and set it to the intended number of available slots you can appoint per time interval. You can then hide the original field, so the submission data won't be affected, and at the same time won't be usable for the form users to fill it out by mistake. Note that on this demo, the time slots may show as available because we're using a cloned form, which is entirely different to your own form in terms of data. To begin, we'll hide the original Appointment field. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Appointment field, and then click on the Gear icon to access its settings.
    2. In the Appointment Properties window on the right, go to the Advanced tab.
    3. Scroll to the bottom and toggle Hide Field to enable it.

Operational issues that I need help with Screenshot 40 Now that it's hidden, let's add the new Appointment field, same as the original one. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, look for Appointment, and then drag and drop it at the bottom of the form.
    3. Click on it Gear icon to access it settings.
    4. In the Appointment Properties window on the right, set the field as needed, or similar with the original one.

Operational issues that I need help with Screenshot 51 Since there is an existing condition set to the hidden appointment field, make sure to update it, so the condition will be connected to the new Appointment field we just added. This is to make sure that it will still work. Let's do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left, select Conditions.
    3. Hover your mouse over the existing condition, and then click on the Pencil icon on the left.
    4. Go to the Field section and change its value to the new Appointment field, and then click on Save once done.

Operational issues that I need help with Screenshot 62 As for your question about booking visibility, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here. And for the question about booking out a session, I also moved it to another thread, which you can check out here.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
