Hi croquet_mvbc,
If I understand correctly, you're looking to remove an appointment made on a submission. If yes, you can simply delete a submission made to your form, so it can be removed from its database, eventually giving another slot for others to choose from. Let me show you how:
1. In Tables, select the submission you want to delete.
2. On the upper right side, click on Delete.
3. In the modal that will show up, click on Move to Trash.
5. Select Trashed entries from the list of options.
6. Select the deleted submission, and then click on Delete Forever.
7. Lastly, click on Delete.

croquet_mvbcReplied on April 9, 2025 at 6:20 PMHi I have tried to remove a submission as the person has entered 3 times on a time slot I have selected my submission and then you advise to go to upper right side and click on delete but I cannot find a delete to click on please help what am I missing

Hi croquet_mvbc,
I cloned the form and could not replicate the issue. I also check the submission table and I can see the delete forever button, like below. You can also include the below screenshot in your response. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
