How to make other users see who made a form submission?

Also, when people wand to book a session they also want to view other people who have registered, how to I implement this capability?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly have other users see who made an appointment using your form, or a submission in general. All submission are treated as private, since there might be information that should only be available to the form owner and the user who submitted the form. It can't also be seen within a form when someone else is filling it out, as all form users view it in its raw form, without any data in it.

But there is a way for you to share submission details to other users. Note though that by doing this, you are making the submission data available to be viewed by others. There should be a mutual understanding between you and the form users about it before doing so publicly, to avoid breaching their privacy. Ultimately, it is under your discretion to share these data to others. If you're okay with it, you can easily share your Jotform Tables with others using the Share button. Let me show you how:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options.

3. Now, click on Go Back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

You can easily revoke the invites you’ve sent to others. Let me walk you through it:

1. While in Tables, click on the Share button to open Share Table.

2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete button. That’s it, you’re done.
