Would you please give me step-by-step instructions on how to connect my ConvertKit (Kit) to the form so I can collect email addresses and add them to a sequence? I tried doing this with Zapier, but it wasn't working. :(

    Hi Kelly,

I understand you're looking for step-by-step instructions on how to connect your ConvertKit (Kit) to your form to collect email addresses and add them to a sequence.

Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
    2. Go to the Settings tab at the top.
    3. Click Integrations on the left.
    4. Search for Kit and select it.

Once you've selected the Kit integration, you'll need to authenticate and set up the integration.

    1. Click the Authenticate button and follow the prompts to connect your Kit account.
    2. Select the Form in Kit where you want to add the subscribers.
    3. Match your form fields to the corresponding fields in Kit.
    4. Choose whether you want to enable single or double opt-in.
    5. Click Save to finalize the integration.

Now, when someone submits your form, their email address and other information will be automatically added to your ConvertKit form and sequence. You might also want to check out this guide about Kit.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

Thank you, however, you cannot integrate without Zapier. Do you have instructions for that? It's VERY complicated! I've already spent hours trying.

    Hi Kelly,

I understand that you're looking for instructions on how to integrate ConvertKit with Zapier, as direct integration isn't available and you're finding the process complicated.

Let me help you with that:

    1. Go to Zapier and create a new Zap.
    2. Choose Jotform as the trigger app and select "New Submission" as the trigger.
    3. Connect your Jotform account to Zapier and select the form you want to integrate with ConvertKit.

Now, set up ConvertKit as the action app:

    1. Choose ConvertKit as the action app and select "Add Subscriber to Form" as the action.
    2. Connect your ConvertKit account to Zapier.
    3. Select the form in ConvertKit where you want to add the subscribers.
    4. Match the Jotform fields to the corresponding fields in ConvertKit. For example, match the email field in Jotform to the email field in ConvertKit.
    5. Test the Zap to ensure it's working correctly.
    6. Turn on the Zap to start automating the process.

Here are some additional tips to help you troubleshoot:

    • Make sure all required fields in ConvertKit are being populated by the Jotform submission.
    • Check that your Zapier connection to both Jotform and ConvertKit is active and authorized.
    • Use Zapier's built-in troubleshooting tools to identify any issues with the Zap.

If you continue to experience difficulties, could you please provide specific details about the issues you're encountering? This will help me provide more targeted assistance.

Reach out again if you need any other help.

Thank you! My form has four different results. I'd like to have 1 nurture email per result (Visionary, Healer, Survivor, Avoider). How can I do this?
