Hello team,
I really hope to have my account reactivated by the end of the day - as we are a business and need to use our forms over the weekend.
I received an email notification 2 days ago that our Jotform was full.
I went in and deleted a bunch of forms and emptied my trash. However the next day my account was deactivated.
I also cleared my cache.
Please assist and please reactiviate my account ASAP! It has never been deactivated before.
Thank you!

Hi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account has reached 105.93 MB of upload space right now, which is over the limit of 100 MB for the Starter plan. You need to delete the submissions with uploaded files on them manually to free up your upload space.
Before deleting the submissions, check out one of these guides to make sure to have a back-up of it:
- How-to-Export-All-of-Your-Data-at-once
- How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
- How-to-Download-the-Submission-Files
It's easy to delete the submission and free some space in your account. Let me show you how:
- Go to My Forms Page and select your form.
- Click on the Submissions button.
3. On the Submission Table Page, select the submissions you want to delete.
4. Click on delete on the top-right side of the page.
Also, you need to purge the deleted submissions in the Trash Folder to free up your upload space. Here’s how to do it:
- On the Table, click on the Three Dots at the top of the page.
- Click on Trashed Entries.
- Select the submission and click on Delete Forever.
You can also check our guide on how to delete submission data for more information. Also, you can upgrade to the next higher plan if you want a higher upload space limit.
Let us know if you need any more help.
