How to capture the name and email adress of the user then redirect user to landing page based on the result

And finally, I want to capture names and email addresses of the person who
takes the quiz at the end and finally direct them to a different landing
page based on these 3 outcomes.
Q3. How can I first capture name and email address (after they take the
quiz but before I display the results) and then direct to a custom landing
    page based on the result?

    Hi Manu,

You can add the Full Name and Email fields after the last question in your form. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, select the last question of your quiz, then click on the Add Element on the left side of the page.
    2. From the Basic tab, select Full Name and Email. How to capture the name and email adress of the user then redirect user to landing page based on the result Image 1 Screenshot 30

    Hi Manu,

Additionally, you can redirect a user to different URLs based on the result by setting up a Change Thank You Page condition. Let's do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window.
    3. Select Change Thank You Page. How to capture the name and email adress of the user then redirect user to landing page based on the result Image 1 Screenshot 40
    4. Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save at the bottom of the page. How to capture the name and email adress of the user then redirect user to landing page based on the result Image 2 Screenshot 51

    Hi,
Thank you for your responses. I love your support team, I must say and
    appreciate..
I only want to capture the names and email addresses on the results page
before showing the results. There would be 3 outputs as you know science,
maths and s.science and each of the output would have an individual landing
page in Kajabi (I have seen the conditional logic here) and an email
sequence that should be triggered in Kajabi (not sure how, pls show me).
    So, pls help me with
    1. How to capture the names and email address after taking the quiz and
submitting the response saying pls enter the details and then redirect to
    those custom landing pages
    2. Pls show how to trigger these 3 different email sequence

    3. I have created the actual quiz I need as follows but I am not being
directed to the right message, I am seeing answers to the quiz.
I know I activated this in https://quizform.jotform.io/ and now it is not
    working well. Pls help

    Hi Manu,

You can collect the user's name and email address by adding the Full Name and Email elements to your form. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element.
    2. From the Form Elements, click on Full Name and Email to add them to your form.
