Hi Manu,
Can you try to Turn Your Form Into a Quiz or Exam again to see if it fixes the issue? I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. Go to the Quiz Form page, and click on the Open Quiz Form button.
2. In the window that pops up, click on Allow, select the form you want to turn into a quiz, and then click on the Continue button in the top-right corner of the Form Picker window.
3. Click on the Cross icon to close Form Picker, then in the Options section, click on Checkbox next to Email Results to and enter the email address and subject.
4. Then, click on Checkbox next to the Show Results to User After Submission option.
5. Now, scroll down, select the correct answers for your quiz, and click on Save Quiz at the bottom left of the page and that's it.
You'll also receive an email as the form owner. Check out an example of the email below:
If you want to change the email content, check the Use Custom Email Page box and customize it as you like.

Hi Shane,
Thank you for your response. However, I do not have right or wrong answer and would not like to display the results to the users who are filling in the form.
This is not an assessment rather a quiz for lead generation where I would share results in specific landing page and respective email. hence, I would like to switch off the quiz or exam feature which I have turned on by mistakeThanks
Manu

Hi Manu,
If you don't want to let the form users be redirected to the quiz results page or show the correct and wrong answers, then you should change the options from the Quiz tool widget. Just follow my colleague's instructions above and make sure to uncheck the Show Results to user after submission and Include Correct Answer on Incorrect response from the Quiz tool options.
But if that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Manu,
I checked your form, and saw that the conditions for redirecting the users have been set up correctly. But, upon further inspection, I saw that there were errors in setting up the Total Calculation and conditions for setting the values of the hidden fields. Because of this, the total wasn't calculated properly, and which causes the redirect not to work. Let me show you how to fix them:
1. While the Total Website is selected, click the Wand icon.
2. Remove the last Plus sign, and click on Save. Do it for the Total Funnel as well.
Next, update the conditions for setting the values of the hidden fields. In the following steps, I selected the element number 26, which is the hidden Website field:1. Select the field, and click on the Conditions button.
2. Hover your cursor on the condition, and click the Pencil button.
3. Remove the Plus Sign in the calculation, and click on Save.
Repeat the process for each condition, so that the value 1 is the only thing in the field. See following example:
Here is my clone form which you can check and clone. That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

virtualmompreneursReplied on March 17, 2025 at 2:50 AMHi Shane,
I have made all the changes you mentioned and removed +1 and I still am
unable to see the results properly. The redirect condition I have set is
still not working, I do not see the pages being shown.
My pages are published and working when I click on each of those links
separately as you can also try the same but when redirected from jotform
they are not working
At the same time, I have also removed everything from the quiz form
submission as suggested earlier. My quiz has to be live today in the next
4-5 hours in front of 5000 audience, pls help me urgently

Hi Manu,
I've cloned your form and tested it, but the page is shown after submitting the form. Check out my screencast below:
Can you try to clone your form and use that form instead? Let me show you how to do this:
- On your My Forms page, select your main form.
- Click on More on the right side of the page.
- Under Form, select Clone.
- You will be redirected to the cloned form.
Keep us updated and let us know how it goes.
