Add another user in the Jotform table

    1. Would like to add a 2nd admin so they can down load the results. Do not see how to add a 2nd user. I see directions on how to do it but that option is not available.
    2. How can I delete some responses as we have been testing it and they are just junk values. (basically clean up our csv file)
    3. When you use the name field and make it mandatory it does not make the middle name mandatory. Any way to fix that?
    4. I reused the name field because i like the 3 text boxes for different items. Is there a way to make a nice neat 3 box field like name? I just did not see anyway but single txt boxes.
    5. When you add a heading Is there ways to add items to that section above the gray bar or remove that gray bar with the heading?


    I hope all of that made sense and any guidance would be great.

    We are using this a test to see if it will work long term for our organzation.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is possible to add a user to your Jotform Table using the Jotform Collaboration. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Jotform Table, click the Share button at the right side of your page.Add another user in the Jotform table Image 1 Screenshot 70
    2. In the pop-up window, click the Create Link. You will then see a generated link in the field.Add another user in the Jotform table Image 2 Screenshot 81

    4. Set the Invitation Link Default Role to Collaborator.

    You can also send the invitation link through email. Let me show you how:

    1. In the pop-up window, enter the user's email address in the Invite by Email field.
