Hi Mike,
It is possible to create a short text field and set it as a three-line field like the name field. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, add 3 Short Text Fields in your form, and rename it with the 3 name types.
To shrink the size of the field:
- Select the field and click the Gear icon.
- In the Short Text Properties, go to the Advanced tab and toggle the Shrink as On.
- Repeat the same steps for other fields.
Next, let's adjust the width of the fields and align them as a single line:
- Select the field and click the Gear icon.
- In the Short Text Properties, go to the Options tab and toggle the Width as Fixed.
- Enter the width as 150. You can also adjust it based on your preference.
- Repeat the same steps for other fields.
Lastly, set the three fields as Required:
- Press and hold your Shift key while clicking each field.
- After selecting the fields, click the Require button at the top of your page.
That's it! Test your form, and you will see that the 3 fields are now in a single line, the same with a full name field.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
