Upload space of forms

Olá pessoal, tudo ótimo?

Gostaria de saber qual o espaço ocupado por cada formulário, quero saber exatamente desses dois formulários.

Projeto e Ficha de Anamnese

Hoje temos ocupados 4,7GB de 10GB, quero saber quantos GB cada formulário está utilizando.
