• Analysis:
- The most significant drop is seen in the first category, "Patient registration and next of kin information is completed," where compliance plummeted from 89% in Q1 to 48% in Q2, a drastic 41% decrease.
- The other two categories also saw reductions in compliance, though to a lesser extent:
- The "Privacy policy and General Consent form is completed" category dropped by 4%.
- The "Copy of Patient NRIC / Passport is available" category dropped by 8%.
