Button in Notification mails

    Hoi,

    Zouden jullie mij kunnen helpen bij het instellen van een notificatie mail vanuit een goedkeuringsflow?

    Omdat ik maar 1 mailadres kan toekennen aan een follow-up formulier, heb ik een tweede pad toegevoegd met een notificatie mail. Ik heb daar alle elementen van de notificatie mail gekopieerd, alleen de knop naar het formulier werkt niet.

    Kunnen jullie ervoor zorgen dat de url onder bovenstaande knop gaat werken? Willen jullie dat voor mij instellen?

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know, and we can have them do that. But it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I understand that when you assign the form to be filled via the workflow to a Gmail address, the form button isn't working on the notification email.

    I’ll need a bit of time to look into this for you. As soon as I have an update, I'll reach out on this ticket.

    Hi Vico_Connect,

    Thanks for your patience. I cloned your form and tested it using my Gmail address, but wasn't able to replicate it. I got the email to fill out the form, and the button was also working.

    Can you give the troubleshooting steps below a try to resolve it?

    1. On your Form Builder page, click Settings on the top navigation bar.
    2. Click Workflows on the left pane.
    3. Hover over the workflow on the right side and click the pencil icon to edit it.

    4. Now, on the Workflow Builder, click on the second form in the workflow and click the red trash icon to delete it. Click Confirm on the pop-up window to confirm deleting the form element.
    5. Then, click Add Elements on the left side. Drag and drop the form element into the workflow.

    6. Click the Complete settings button on the element.
    7. Select the form and enter the email address on the General tab.
    8. Enable the Prefill feature on the Prefill tab and click Save.
