Now, coming back to your question, can you share with us a screenshot of the documents uploaded in your form that you're referring to which can be found on the internet via a URL? We ensure you that all your forms are served across a protected 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connection that uses a SHA256 Certificate. It is the industry standard of protection. If you want to add additional security to your form data, you can enable Encryption in your form. This further safeguards sensitive information in your forms. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Form Settings from the left side window.
3. Toggle Encrypt Form Data.
4. Enter your Jotform account password and click on Verify.
5. Enter your preferred access code and tick on the terms.
6. Click on Enable Encryption.

Note that some feature will be disabled as well as the Autoresponder email. It's important to keep your access code and don't forget about it. Since it's encrypted, we won't be able to access your data. If you forget your access code, your data is considered lost. We recommend storing your access coded in a safe place.
