How to Delete Your Jotform Account

If you’re thinking about deleting your Jotform account, consider whether you might need it in the future. You can downgrade to the Starter plan instead of deleting your account, keeping access to all your assets. But, if you’re sure you want to delete it, Jotform allows you to remove your account and data when needed.


You can delete your account in just a few steps. Here’s how to do it:

  1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Picture/Avatar on the top-right side of the screen.
  2. In the menu that opens up, click on your Name to open the Account Page in a new browser tab.

  1. Now, scroll down and click on Delete My Account at the bottom.

  1. Then, in the Confirmation window, click on Yes, Delete.

  1. Next, copy the Verification Code sent to the email address linked to your account.

  1. After that, enter the code to verify that it’s you, to delete your account. You may or may not need to click on the green Verify button after you enter the code.

  1. Finally, click on the red Delete My Account button.

That’s it! Your account’s been successfully deleted. You’ll be logged out, and any attempt to log in will result in an error.

Deleting your account will make all its assets and associated data inaccessible, including forms and their submissions, AI Agents and conversations, Workflows, Apps, Signed Documents, Tables and their data, and Reports.
