Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our system but there isn't any account associated with the email address you shared. Can you explain a bit more about what you're trying to do? If you're having issues with your form or with your account, please let us know your account's username or the email address associated with it, along with the affected form link so we can check it out and see what's going on further.
If you're trying to update your account's email address, it can be done through your account's settings. Let me show you how to do that:
1. Click on the Profile Avatar in the top right corner.
2. In the dropdown click on the account name.
3. Scroll down to the Email section and click on Edit.
