Hi archivescatholiquesbeauvais,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I recalculated your current upload space usage but the usage did not change. The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted in your upload space. This limit does not reset, you need to delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. Let me show you how:
- In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
- On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens.
Now, let us purge the data:
3. In your Submissions table, click on the Three dots icon beside the form name, then click on Trashed entries
4. The Trashed entries section will show up; click on Select All, then click Delete Forever.
You can Download Form Submissions first to avoid losing data. We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out. To learn more about the account limits, I suggest looking into our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi archivescatholiquesbeauvais,
I checked your account and noticed that you still have over 600 uploaded files for your Formulaire pour demander un extrait d’acte de baptême. Just to clarify, after deleting the submissions from your table, did you also purge them from your Trash folder? Deleting submissions only moves them to the Trash folder, which still consumes your upload space. You’ll need to purge them from the Trash to free up space. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click the three dots icon to open the tab’s menu.
- From the dropdown menu, click Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, select the entries you want to permanently delete, or simply check the Select All option.
- Then, click Delete Forever button and confirm.
That's it. Now, if you’ve already done this and your upload space hasn’t been freed up, grant us access to your account so we can investigate further. Don’t worry, you can disable access again once we’re done checking things out. Here’s how to do that:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
