Upload Space limit: Storage remains full after deleting the forms and data

    Hola hace tiempo que no utilizo la plataforma, pero quiero regresar y volver a usar, lamentablemente me aparece que tengo el espacio para archivo lleno, hay alguna forma de borrarlo para volver a iniciar.?

    quiero aclarar que no me importa borrar toda la información, esto para poder liberar nuevamente todo y volver hacer uso de los formularios desde cero.

    I have deleted all submissions and then deleted forever from the trash. It still says I’ve reached my quota.

    Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I can confirm that your forms are now deleted. Unfortunately, I've tried recalculating your Upload Space usage, but it's not working, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    There haven’t been any updates yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve and that is very stressful. I’ve marked this as a Priority and reached out to our Developers again.
