Error con widget "Hoja de cálculo a formulario"

En todos los formularios que uso el widget "Hoja de cálculo a formulario" estoy teniendo este error que a veces sale, a veces no, y me está afectando la operatividad:

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. Our Developer Team made some updates to the Spreadsheet to Form widget that caused the issue, but they've already solved it, so it should all be working fine now. I've cleared your form caches, can you give it a try and see how it goes? If you're still having the same issue, can you send me the link to the form, so I can take a look at it for you?

Thanks for getting back to us. Did you mean the widgets are showing that the code is invalid even if it's recorded on the uploaded Excel file? If yes, can you try to remove and re-upload the Excel files and let us know how it goes?

If the issue persists, are you able to share the Excel files uploaded to the widgets from tge three forms? You can upload the files to Google Drive and share the link here.
