Embed form: Embedded form stuck on Please wait and Appointment element does not work

Buenas tardes, tengo dos problemas cuando inserto mi formulario en un sitio web:

1. Al darle clic en enviar formulario el boton se queda en "Prfavor, espere"
2. El Widget Planificador Semanal de citas no actualiza el numero de citas disponibles

Cabe mencionar que el formulario funciona correctamente si ingreso mediante su URL, estos problemas los presenta al insertarlos en un sitio web mediante código.

Also, can you confirm if you already embedded the form using the ifame code? Also, can we ask what platform or website provider you are currently using? Please make sure to use the correct embed code to embed the form to your website. Also, can you confirm the link to the embedded form?

Es correcto, el problema es cuando lo inserto en el sitio, la plataforma en
la que está desarrollada la página web es DRUPAL. Por otro lado ya probé
insertarlo mediante el método de IFRAME y si funciona pero no me gusta como
queda estéticamente, me gustaría que quede mediante script type. Si pueden
realizar pruebas del formulario en el sitio.

Thanks for getting back to us. We're glad to know the issue has been resolved with the iFrame code. As for updating the iFrame code to make it more Aesthetic, can we ask what specific change or design you're referring to so we can check if the requirement is possible?
