Condiciones: Error Valores incompletos

I am working with conditions to build several journeys inside my form, basically based on question 3. However, when I try to send my form, it doesn't let me because I haven't answered some questions (which I want to be compulsory when they appear, but haven't appeared on this specific journey). I assume this is because I'm conditionally jumping to questions ahead, should I conditionally show/hide questions instead? Is there an objectively best option between pre-hiding + conditionally showing or conditionally hiding?

Este error por "Valores incompletos" aparece usualmente cuando los campos están marcados como obligatorios y no se han llenado ya que han sido "saltados" usando condiciones. Asegúrate de marcar dichos campos como No requeridos y así solo será necesario llenarlos si aparecen (dependiendo de las condiciones) en el formulario. Mira los resultados luego de marcar los campos afectados por las condiciones como No requeridos:

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta. De todas formas, a mí me gustaría que cuando esas preguntas aparezcan sí sea obligatorio responderlas, y por lo que entiendo con la solución que propones no lo serían.

Thanks for getting back to us. If a field is required but hidden if a condition is met, it will no longer be required and the form will be submitted without the data on the hidden field. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Would you allow us to test the actual form to see if we can replicate the issue on the original form? Can you go ahead and try it again by doing a test submission and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

True! Hiding the fields instead of jumping on to others lets us mark send the form without having answered compulsory fields.

Hi Paula,

Thanks for getting back to us. When a required field is hidden, it is automatically set as unrequired which means that your form users will be able to submit the form when a hidden required is empty. We can always test out your form if you allow us to.
