Hi Miguel_Servet_administracion,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Spanish Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a reply from them.
With that being said, I assume you have the Appointment Field element in your form, right? If so, then allowing them to cancel their appointment is possible. You can share with them their submission's edit link through the Autoresponder email so they can deselect their entry. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.
2. Select Emails from the left side menu.
3. Edit the Autoresponder email and include the submission edit link below inside the template.
https://jotform.com/edit/{id}
4. Lastly, click on Save.
You can include the a note in the Autoresponder email, instructing them that they can cancel it by opening the link and deselecting the date/time slot they booked and submit their submission again.
Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Hi Miguel_Servet_administracion,
Sorry about that, I thought I have included a screencast of the steps that you can follow. Check this out:
Keep in mind that only new submissions will be receiving this. If you want existing submissions that have already been booked to be able to cancel their appointment, you can create a send email button in the Jotform table, so you can manually send the Autoresponder email. Let me walk you through it;
1. In the Jotform Table, click on the +Add button beside the table's last column.
2. Go to the Buttons tab and select Send Email.
3. Next, Specify the name of the column and select the Autoresponder email.
4. Lastly, click on Create Column.
After that, you should be able to send the Autoresponder email with the edit link manually.
Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Muchas gracias.

Hi Miguel_Servet_administracion,
Thanks for getting back to us. I see, then you can disregard my second screencast. The steps I provided on the first screencast should be enough. New users will receive an Autoresponder email that includes the submission edit link, where they can deselect the appointment they made and submit the submission again to cancel.
However, keep in mind that this works if the Appointment field is not set as required, but we can make it unrequire when they are editing their submission. Let me walk you through it:
1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button.
2. Go to the Widgets tab.
3. Add the Get Form Page URL widget to the form.
4. Next, create a Require/Unrequire a field condition.
6. Finally, setup the condition to unrequire the appointment field if the Get Form Page URL contains the word edit.
Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

Muchas gracias

Hi Miguel_Servet_administracion,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form and in your Autoresponder email, you replaced {id} with 203353095306046. No need to replace anything, the {id} is variable and generates a value automatically on submit. Make sure you used the edit link below and don't change anything in it.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.

otra.
Muchas gracias por todo.
