Hi Urdaneta_Melissa,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but the change I've made in PDF Editor is saved. Did you encounter the below screenshot and clicked on the 'Yes, Proceed' button? If so, try to make the change again, then go to Form Builder and back to PDF Editor. And if the pop-up shows again, don't click on the 'Yes, Proceed' button.
Also, try to change the text from the Heading Settings.
