se ha presentado últimamente que cuando se va a guardar un registro con todos los campos diligenciados me sale le siguiente error
Solicitamos nos colaboren dado que esas revisiones no quedan guardadas en el sistemas y nos toca re programar visitas para realizarlas agradezco su colaboración

trato de borrar las fotos para volver a cargar y me sale el siguiente error

I went ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
