Hi ParadiseTravelExcursion,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can easily clone your form from your other account. Here's how to do it:
- On your My Forms page, click on Create Form.
- Click on Import Form and then select From a web page.
- Lastly, enter the form URL in the Enter URL field and then click on Create Form.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any more questions

I do this, but it says Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form

Hi ParadiseTravelExcursion,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account, and the reason why you're not able to clone the form is because you have 'Do not allow forms to be cloned' enabled in your Account Settings. You'll need to disable it to clone the form. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- Click on your Avatar at the top-right of your screen and then click on Settings.
- In the Privacy field of the Security tab, untick Do not allow my forms to be cloned by other users.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any more questions.
