Buenas tardes
Me podrían orientar como puedo lograr que el archivo PDF que se general al completar un formulario, tenga el nombre que yo quiero asignarle, por el momento me asigna un numero que desconozco a que hace referencia

Gracias por contactarte con el equipo de soporte de Jotform. He revisado el formulario 232766716784066 y al clonarlo pude descargar el PDF (desde el Editor PDF) con el nombre relacionado al mismo formulario, como puedes ver a continuación:
Por favor, confirmanos desde donde estas realizando la descarga y si formulario mencionado previamente es al que te refieres para poder revisarlo con el equipo.
Estaremos atentos a tu respuesta.

Buen día, mis disculpas por la demora en responder, he estado muy ocupado.
Para mayor detalle, lo que nosotros queremos es entregar este formulario a nuestros técnicos en terreno, y que cuando ellos lo envíen. Nos quede guardado en la carpeta con el nombre del "cliente + el numero de folio + fecha", para así enviar el documento al cliente.
Actualmente cuando se realiza el formulario se guarda como "105" (adjunto imagen)
Si es posible realizar esta acción de cambiar el nombre, nos interesaría obtener el servicio de pago

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand your request correctly, you can rename your PDF submission name on the PDF Editor's page. Let me show you how:
- Click on the Form Builder button and select PDF Editor.
- After that, hover over the PDF Settings button on the top right side of the PDF Editor and click on the PDF File Name Field. There, you can set a dynamic name from your form fields or set a default name for every file:
Once you set it up, your PDF file names will be changed.
Please, give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Alexander
I had previously changed the name of the pdf (image attached), but even so, when I create a document from my cell phone, it saves the file with the name "105" like the image sent previously.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry you are still having issues with this. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue in the PDF Editor, but everything was working properly. I was not able to replicate the 105 as the PDF filename. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you please try downloading the PDF submission in PDF Editor using a different browser or incognito mode to see if it helps? Also, could you maybe clarify when you stated the issue happens when you generate a document from your smartphone? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screen recording using Loom and send it to us.

Thanks for getting back to us. After an extensive checking on the issue, it appears that you are using a Dropbox Integration in your form. Check out my screenshot below:
In your Dropbox Integration, you are using the Submissions Counter widget as the file name for the uploaded PDF submissions. Check out my screenshot for my Dropbox Integration results on my cloned form:
To resolve this, please use a different form field or the Folio field (Form Calculation widget) instead for your Dropbox Integration. Check out my screencast below:
