Configuración de tamaños de hoja para PDF

Buenas tardes, regularmente les escribo de RecursosHumanos668,

Tengo el formulario: https://form.jotform.com/221804048354856, el cual como salida me genera el siguiente PDF.

este PDF lo debo de enviar a imprimir en las siguientes impresoras que tienen la siguiente configuración

Cuando realizo la instrucción de impresión me genera una división en la tarjeta plastica tanto al lado izquierdo como derecho

si modifico la configuración

por lo que solicito y ver si es factible crea una opción para configurar el tamaño de la hoja de salida del PDF y que no importa donde mande a imprimir se adaptará a la impresora.

In order to print the document and fits on your printer perfectly, you can adjust the PDF size of the document. There are multiple options to print the document depending on the paper you'd like to use. If so, you can easily change the page size. Let me show you how:

• In the PDF Editor, click the Layout Settings icon at the right.

• Under the Customize tab, you'll see the Page Settings where you can change the orientation and the paper size.

On the other hand, if you want to have a custom page size; unfortunately, Custom page sizes are not currently supported on the new PDF editor. If you recommend such a feature, we can forward it to our development team.

Gracias, ustedes creen que sea posible que nos puedan apoyar con la creación de nuevas caracteristicas en el tipo de tamaños de páginas de PDF.

para que uno que elabora esos PDF de salida, tenga varias opciones o que cuente con una opción para que uno ingrese el tamaño de salida que desea que tenga se PDF, en lo que corresponde al tamaño de la hoja de salida.

Gracias por tu recomendación. He escalado esta solicitud de función a nuestro equipo de desarrolladores. Sin embargo, cuando o si es desarrollada, dependerá de su carga de trabajo, que tan viable es, y la cantidad de usuarios que la requieren.
