How to create public inviation link with more than 1 role in Jotform Sign?

Hola, me interesaría poder enviar el formulario para firmar por enlace, pero me dice que no puedo y me da este mensaje: To create a public link, only one role is allowed on your document.

As for your question, unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. It's currently not possible to create a public invitation link in Jotform Sign if there is more than one role on the document. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi Pau,

For you to be able to share the Jotform Sign document using the Invitation link, you must assign all fields to the same signer. Let me show you how:

• Open Sign Builder on the Build tab.
• Click on fields that are assigned and make sure they are all assigned to the same signer.

• That's it, now go to the Send With Link section on the Send tab and click on Create Link.

We are pleased to inform you that the feature you requested has been implemented. You can now create Publick Links for your Sign Document with multiple signers:

• Under the Send tab in Sign Builder, click on Share With Link on the left side of the page.
• Choose the first signer role under Step 1: Who are you creating this link for?.
• Lastly, you can decide on the next signer by entering their info, or you can select the first signer to let them choose.
• Click on Create Link and that's it.
