Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and you're now within your account limit. Currently, you have 18.98 GB / 20.00 GB. If you want to lessen it more, delete and purge the submissions with uploaded files to free up space. Let's delete them first:

1. On the My Forms page, click on the form with submissions you want to delete.

2. Click on Submissions in the upper part of the page.

3. Select the submission that you want to delete and on the top-right side of the screen, click on Delete.

4. On the pop-up window that shows, click on Move to Trash to confirm.

After you've deleted the submissions, make sure you've purged them as well. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF or Export All of Your Data at Once. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space, but won’t affect other limits.
