    Solicito apoyo en desbloquear el siguiente formulario, las correcciones ya fueron realizadas y cifradas, ya no tuve respuesta en mi anterior solicitud de apoyo.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    Now, coming back to your question, I see that your KYC application has been approved already, and the form you're referring to is now active. Can you confirm if you still need any help with your forms? If it still showing as disabled, I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache as a precaution. I would suggest you check with another browser or clear your browser's cache as well and see if it'll help.
