Como puedo hacer para que en la lista configurable, pueda colocar una etiqueta de texto?.
Es decir quiero que lo que etsa (SI SU EJEMPLAR ES EXTRANJERO DILIGENCIE). Que no me quede como campo como esta actualmente.

Hi fedequinas,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, unfortunately, the Configurable List widget does not support adding plain text labels directly as a separate element within the list. As a workaround, we recommend adding a Paragraph field directly above or below the Configurable List. This allows you to display instructions like SI SU EJEMPLAR ES EXTRANJERO DILIGENCIE clearly, without it being part of the input area. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the top left side of the page.
- In the Basic tab, scroll down and drag and drop the Paragraph Element into your form,
- Click on the Pencil icon, paste the text and click on the Check button to save it.
Give it a go and let us know if anything else comes up.
