Now, coming back to your question, each Jotform account must have a unique email address. You cannot use the same email address across multiple accounts. If you want different users to send the same form, the best approach is to share the form so that each user can clone it into their own account and send it from their individual email address. This way, each sender uses their own account and email as the sender.
