Ayuda, no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta, ya intente varias opciones como inicio de sesion, cambio de contraseña y no puedo

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and found that the username RE***01, associated with quetzaltenangorepro@gmail.com, is active. If you own the account but can't access it, you can fill out the form on this page, and our relevant team will assist you. You can also try to reset your password again. Check out the steps and screencast below to see how it's done:
- Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login in the top-right corner of the page.
- In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
- Now, enter your email address, and click on Send Reset Instructions.
- You’ll get an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on Reset Password.
- Enter your new password, then enter it again to verify it, and click on Create a New Password.
Once you’ve successfully changed your password, you can use it to log in to your Jotform account.

Gracias, eso ya lo intente muchas veces y no me permite. Cuando ya agrego la clave, me dice que expiro y lo hago rapido.

Now, coming back to your question, I've checked this email address, juliuspelletier11@gmail.com, and I can confirm that the paid account linked to it is currently in Active status. Make sure that your account is not logged in to your other devices at the same time. Can you try to clear your browser's cache to refresh the page, then try logging in again to your account? I also suggest trying to open Jotform in different browsers, such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts.

Hi Quetzaltenango,
Can you try to use other browsers, devices, internet connections, or incognito to log into your Jotform account? I found a reset password email was sent to your account, quetzaltenangorepro@gmail.com. Have you tried checking the spam or junk folder of the email account? Try the suggestion of my teammate to clear the cache and cookies of the browser you're using most of the time.
