He esperado más de una semana para poder llenar el cuestionario de la plataforma jotform y hoy intenté ingresar nuevamente pero no me permitió.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked with our account recovery team, but we couldn't see any submission made under your email address. If you're using a different email, can you share with us the account you're trying to access so we can check it out and see what's going on? We also suggest re-submitting the Account Recover Form, so our team can assess your account and help you recover it.
