    Hola,

    He estado revisando mis formularios y no puedo ver los pagos realizados en mis transacciones de Stripe. ¿Podríais ayudarme a revisar por qué no aparecen? Además, me gustaría que me confirmaseis la cuenta de Stripe a la que están conectados mis formularios, para asegurarme de que todo está correctamente configurado.

    If the payment appears as completed in Jotform but is not showing in your Stripe account, we recommend reaching out to Stripe directly. Jotform only facilitates the payment process, while Stripe is responsible for finalizing the transaction and transferring the funds to your account. You can reach them here.

    To verify if your Stripe account is properly connected, you can follow these steps:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page to open the form elements panel.

    2. In the Form Elements panel, click on the Payments tab at the top to view available payment integrations.

    3. In the search bar, click on the Stripe option that appears to add it to your form.

    4. Now, click on the Credit Card icon on the right side to open the Payment Settings panel.

    5. In the Payment Settings panel, check the connected Stripe account email to confirm that the integration is properly set up.
