Hi alayaelparque,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, if a Captcha is appearing on form submission, our anti-spam system is probably triggering it. This happens, when our systems detects that multiple submissions are being sent from a specific IP Address in a short period of time. So to decrease the Spam submissions to your form, a captcha is used.
To fix this, you can wait for around 10–20 minutes before submitting the form again. You can also try refreshing your internet connection, or use a different IP Address to submit your form again. Or, we can whitelist your account to remove the captcha, but this is only available to our paid plan users.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
