Buenos dias ,
Actualmente estoy tratando de hacer un cambio de usuario en mi cuenta ya que anteriormente la cuenta estaba configurada najo el usuario de erivera@grupoplatino.hn pero esta persona internamente ya no se encuentra en la organizacion y todos sus datos fueron migrados al usuairo de kdoblado@grupoplatino.hn, sin embargo cuando trato de hacer el cambio de usuario me dice que debo verificar mi correo pero cuando me meto al correo inmediatamente me aparece "Email change request expired" , y se esa haciendo inmediatamente se envia el correo

Now, going back to your question, the message Email change request expired means the verification link expired before the process could be completed. This can happen if the link isn’t opened immediately or if there’s a delay with the email.
- Log in to your Jotform account using the current email: erivera@grupoplatino.hn.
- Go to your account settings and request the email change again.
- As soon as you receive the confirmation email at kdoblado@grupoplatino.hn, open it and click the verification link right away, as the link expires quickly.
