Crear un sistema de formulario para gestionar inventario

Estoy trabajando en un formulario de inventario. La idea principal es la siguiente:

Stock inicial:

Al momento de crear el formulario, defino un stock inicial. Esto lo hago mediante un campo numérico donde ingreso la cantidad total disponible del objeto. También le asigno un código único a ese producto u objeto.

Registro de retiros:

Cada vez que un usuario retira cierta cantidad de ese objeto, debe llenar un nuevo formulario donde indique:

La cantidad retirada.

Su nombre (u otro identificador).

La fecha del retiro.

El código del objeto retirado.

Actualización automática del stock:

Quiero que el sistema reste automáticamente la cantidad retirada del stock disponible, de forma que siempre pueda ver cuántas unidades quedan en inventario.

¿Se puede hacer esto con Jotform?

Unfortunately it is not possible to set a stocks and assign a unique code for each item then update the inventory. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
